I don't necessarily agree with all of the contents of any particular website. Everybody's different. However, I hope that each of those website owners agrees with me and with one another about two important ideas. First, we each have a right to our opinions and to our differences. Second, in spite of our differences, we have a common interest. That is, we must support one another in the effort to make sure that the various kinds of repressive reformers in the world don't use government or religion as a weapon to destroy us all, one by one.

Purpose
The FIJA mission is to educate Americans regarding their full powers as jurors, including their ability to rely on personal conscience, to judge the merit of the law and its application, and to nullify bad law, when necessary for justice, by finding for the defendant.
The Fully Informed Jury Association(FIJA)is a nonpartisan public policy research and education organization located in Helena, Montana. FIJA focuses on issues involving the role of the jury in our justice system and the preservation of the full function of the jury as the final arbiter in our courts of law. The FIJA mission is to inform all Americans about their rights, powers and responsibilities when serving as trial jurors. FIJA works to restore the political function of the jury as the final check and balance on our American system of government.
To assist supporters who press for a "fully informed jury," FIJA has drafted the following model bill language suitable for passage into law or for amending a state constitution:
"An accused or aggrieved party’s right to trial by jury, in all instances where the government or any of its agencies is an opposing party, includes the right to inform the jurors of their power to judge the law as well as the evidence, and to vote on the verdict according to conscience.
This right shall not be infringed by any statute, juror oath, court order, or procedure or practice of the court, including the use of any method of jury selection which could preclude or limit the empanelment of jurors willing to exercise this power.
Nor shall this right be infringed by preventing any party to the trial, once the jurors have been informed of their powers, from presenting arguments to the jury which may pertain to issues of law and conscience, including (1) the merit, intent, constitutionality or applicability of the law in the instant case; (2) the motives, moral perspective, or circumstances of the accused or aggrieved party; (3) the degree and direction of guilt or actual harm done, or (4) the sanctions which may be applied to the losing party.
Failure to allow the accused or aggrieved party or counsel for that party to so inform the jury shall be grounds for mistrial and another trial by jury.”
When every American juror is aware of and permitted to exercise all of his and her rights, the final judgment of law will return to where it was always intended to be located...in the hands of the people. Once again our jury system will function as our country’s founders intended to function--as people’s final check against the government’s tendency to encroach upon the rights of its people.

Injustice in America?
We have placed this section up on the site because we believe that wrongful conviction is a serious problem in this country. Since the miracle of DNA, the U.S. has released hundreds of people who have spent thousands of years wrongfully imprisoned for crimes they did not commit. We believe that this situation needs to be looked into as deeply as possible because not only is there the injustice to the convicted and their family, but by not looking when there are questions, the public is left with a false sense of safety while a criminal is still walking the streets. We have not had time to review these cases fully and are not giving an opinion on our thoughts at this time, but we do list them here so that they will receive the attention they deserve. As everyone knows, on 11 September, less than an hour after the attack on the World Trade Centre, an airplane collided with the Pentagon. The Associated Press first reported that a booby-trapped truck had caused the explosion. The Pentagon quickly denied this. The official US government version of events still holds. I recently received a letter from the California Department of Transportation (CA DOT). It began "Dear motorist..." and then went on to ask if I was driving on State Route 14 north of SR 138 and south of Rosamond at a certain date and time. If so, would I mind filling out the enclosed survey. Said survey included questions on the trip and other items, including household income.... This has been a long process as a dedicated Labor of Love. Over 35 years in the making, starting in the early years of THE HUMANIST ADVENT CONCEPT and taking its root with the universal message passed on by Peter Riden, Freedom in all its ramification was being presented through the musical entity, *CONCEPT*.
If you ‘re in, at this point, this should indicate you're either curious about how we also relate with Nudity or that you have no problems and/or traumas in regard of Nudity, added to the very cerebral quality you can find within our membership. The latter would also imply we're dealing with rational, intelligent human beings who may fit well in the scope of being "At Ease With Nudity", a strong point in favor of THE WORLDWIDE AFFILIATE NETWORK {T.W.A.N.}.
As mentioned above, initiated 30 years ago by Peter Riden, the scope of Universality is now really felt in here. As we update, we're pleased to mention that our members are coming from all corners of the globe and this is the continued call to many positive options rather than restricting ourselves to simplistic labels. We turn ourselves as much towards our friends of the black community as well as to all other diversities of racial human complexion, obviously observing that, in the North American context, the multiplicity of such, is indicative of this new trend of universality that is developing, and in the way we fully envision. This should also certainly appeal to our Native friends and other less promoted marginal groups.
You'll also hear and read of defined words such as intelligent, freedom lovers, heteros, homos/gays/lesbians, singles, couples, multiples, poly, educated, dominant/submissive, and other liberated, encompassing and alternative terms that are indiscriminately welcome within our Network.
In all, some real solid links with all the progressive tolerant people on this planet. You'll also be presented with plural optional lifestyles such as Musicians, Artists, Nude Recreationers {some calling themselves Nudists/Naturists}, Polyamorous, Swingers, S/M, Pagans/Wiccans New Age and other liberal and liberating lifestyles.
Take note we don't favor/exclude one at the expense of the others, but we do welcome those who do not discriminate and separate themselves from the others in a disguised, pretentious, righteous way. That's the strength of THE WORLDWIDE AFFILIATE NETWORK {T.W.A.N.}. And its continued growth is the proven response to the need of the many who want to join in a universally progressive network. It is this scope that we form the representative core of all positive individuals, ideals and lifestyle choices.
For those who want to go beyond labels, when we refer to Nudity and all other positive options we present, you should also contemplate joining THE WORLDWIDE AFFILIATE NETWORK. In our organization, your preferred lifestyle(s), if not willfully/ harmful to others, will not be a discriminating factor for joining in. We are not seeking the claimed righteous ones, as previously indicated. We invite all good, down-to-earth, open- minded ones, of both genders, to come forth and feel welcome with us. Our bold stand for being "At Ease With Nudity" leaves no doubts that, indeed, we welcome the more non- judgmental, open-minded crowd within our ranks. We neither shy away from Nudity nor condemn its presented Beauty.
